Emilie Collins, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Collins is board certified by the American Speech, Language, Hearing Association. She is a liscensed Audiologist in the state of Texas, as well as, being licensed to fit and dispense hearing instruments. She holds memberships in the following organizations: American Speech, Language, Hearing Association; the American Academy of Audiology; the Academy of Dispensing Audiology; and the Texas Academy of Audiology.

She is a liscensed Audiologist in the state of Texas, as well as, being licensed to fit and dispense hearing instruments. Charlene Hamrick
Financial Director
Charlene came to work at HearCare, Inc. in 2003 after moving to Texas from California. She gained experience doing insurance billing and accounts receivable while working for a Doctor of Pulmonary Medicine in Lakewood, California. After moving to Texas, she worked as an Insurance Account Manager for the Veterans Administration Clinic of Sherman. Charlene currently does the insurance billing, accounts receivable, and account management for Dr. Collins.

Rob Neely
Director of Marketing
Rob came to work for HearCare, Inc. in 2004 after relocating back to Sherman. Rob's began his work in the healthcare industry through Cigna Insurance Company, where he was a manager of insurance benefit analysts. After leaving Cigna, Rob worked in Dallas for a medical management firm, where he managed accounts for 10 physicians. Rob currently handles the marketing duties for HearCare, Inc., which includes advertising, designing ads, and working with local media. Rob also is a Certified Industrial Audiometric Technician. He does the industrial safety program testing, as well as noise surveys, as required by OSHA for local businesses.
